1.) Jukebox Burgers

Walking into Jukebox Burgers in DDO is like going back in time. This 1950′s themed restaurant serves a big selection of 100% Canadian beef hamburgers, as well as hot dogs, mac n’ cheese and sandwiches. The extensive menu boasts something for everyone in the family. While eating their meal, guests can listen to 50′s classic music on the jukebox.

At Jukebox West Island, the most popular burgers include The Elvis (topped with caramelized onions, mushrooms and Swiss cheese), The Rocket (topped with bacon, Monterrey Jack cheese and onion rings) and The Hot Rod (topped with jalapenos, caramelized onions, spicy BBQ sauce, bacon, Swiss cheese & lettuce).

2.) Baton Rouge

Whether you are out on a date or out with friends, Baton Rouge restaurant in DDO is a great place to enjoy good food and good company. Even though, Baton Rouge is better known for their generous portions of BBQ ribs their deluxe burger is also quite good. The deluxe burger is composed of an 8 oz. of Angus Pride chuck, garnished with shredded lettuce, tomato, chopped onions,dill pickle, mayonnaise and mustard. Served on a fresh toasted bun.

3.) McKibbins

Every day is St. Patrick’s Day at McKibbins Irish Pub West Island. One step inside the traditional Irish pub and you’ll feel like you’re back in the Old Country. The bar has 28 imported beers on tap and the kitchen serves traditional pub food which includes generous size and tasty hamburgers. The burgers at McKibbins in Pointe-Claire are made up of a huge fresh ground beef patty fire-grilled to your liking on a roll and served with hand cut chips. If you like adding some excitement to your burgers, the deluxe burger includes bacon, cheese, sautéed mushrooms and onions.

4.) Madisons

Madisons New York Grill is a New York steakhouse with two locations in the West Island. The decor is as upscale as Madison Avenue and the staff is as friendly and efficient as it is at any New York restaurant. Like Baton Rouge, Madisons is mainly known for their BBQ ribs, but the Madisons burgers should not be counted out. The Madisons burger is topped with Monterey Jack cheese, bacon, red onions, tomato, lettuce and their unique burger sauce.

5.) Elixor

Elixor restaurant in DDO is truly a fusion restaurant. Elixor serves all kinds of food from many different parts of the world. The menu features Thai, Cajun, and Italian cuisine. Elixor also has an extensive dessert menu, which includes cakes, pies, ice cream and cheesecake. Elixor also has many burgers to choose from. My personal favourite is the St. Louis BBQ Burger which is charbroiled with bacon, swiss sheese, crispy onions, BBQ sauce and BBQ ranch dressing.
