A little gem on the West Island.

    Simply delicious!

Tiny little restaurant but filled with people busy devouring their plates filled with wonderous yumminess.

First Indian restaurant I really liked. I was there with 2 of my girlfriends and we all loved it. All I could think is I need to bring my family back here.

As the waiters to guide you through their vast menu and no matter what they suggest you won’t be disappointed. Prices great.

    Make reservations.

    Ideal for all ages.

    There’s even a parking lot

    Delicious Southern Indian food!
The vegeterian thali and the dosa are so good!
Service is always fabulous and the staff are very pleasant.
Truly worth the drive to the West Island.
We have been loyal customers for many years.

Excellent resto specializing in very southern Indian traditional dishes. The chat appetizers and dosas are not to be found elsewhere in the city, so if you’re looking for something different from the Delhi style that makes up most Indian restos, come here. The service is first class: polite, cheery, efficient.

I have had this little secret in my back pocket for many years, its a quaint place owned and operated by a family, the service is fantastic, the food is to die for! They don’t deliver but I have sat in traffic for 45 minutes to pick up an order. Their portions are fair, the prices are decent, better when you get the combo plates on both fronts. The butter chicken is killer good! And so is the naan, but their salivatingly good food doesn’t end there. But really, don’t take my word for it, let them prove to you that they are worth it!

Amazing food…very polite staff. Naan and Butter Chicken is some of the best we have ever had! Recommend it highly. We have tried most other Indian restaurants in the west island…..this is the best so far! Decor not much to look at but you are there for the family recipes!

Known as the best Indian resto in the West island. Situated in small but cozy local i was very impressed with the service and food. MUST HAVE NAAN BREAD. I do not plan on going to any other Indian resto’s, this is the one. Worth trying, not to expensive and portions are more than enough. Best Butter chicken around.Family owned and it shows.

This was where I fell in love with Indian food, never having a taste for it before after trying it other places(like fast food in comparison). I go here anytime I feel like Indian cuisine. They know their dishes and are happy to help you understand what you are in for, which in this case, is a real treat!

Be aware! Just went there to pick up butter chicken and a bowl of rice, it costs me over 14 bucks! The portion of the butter chicken/rice is about the same size of the soup of Tim Horton’s! Not impressed with the food either, it doesn’t taste any different from the food court Indian food in the shopping mall. I went there coz of all the great review here, but I get to tell you…save your money and go some where else.

Comment for last reviewer, Wow if you can’t taste the difference between their food and your shopping mall food court then your taste buds are shot my friend !

Of the dozen or so Indian restaurants I have tried in Montreal, this is the best food so far.

I have eaten here on several occasions and love it. The place is tucked into an awful mall, but the food is authentic family fare at great prices. British beer on tap and always busy, but never slow to serve. I must say it is a find. I hope not too many people crowd me out.
