  Horrible! What is the government doing with the inspections; they will have to change their name to Chitters it is a real shame for the Quebec restoration industry. Would you buy a Chitters franchise? It is said on the website that it is the best restaurant of Kirkland, you are again cheating.

  I am a regular customer of your restaurant and have always been served well and have eaten well. Unfortunately, this was not the case on June 11th. My husband and I arrived for supper. My husband ordered a panini with ham (the panini was served on a hamburger bun and not grilled???) I've never seen this before. I ordered a Veggie Parathos (I am not sure I have spelled this correctly). This is supposed to be served on Indian bread (I had pita bread). It is supposed to have asparagus, spinach etc. with pesto sauce. I had a red tomato sauce with black olives and no asparagus or spinach. I returned the plate. It came back still with pita bread soaked in pesto sauce, uneatable spinach, no asparagus - just to look at it took your appetite away. I returned the plate. They still billed me for a plate that was never served as specified in the menu. I refused to pay for my plate. I asked to see the manager - I got another server which DEFINITELY did not care if I was a satisfied customer or not! Extremely disappointing on all counts.

  This place is the worst place i have ever been ,the churros are really disgusting and the gelato well its not gelato, this place really sucks please stay away and to add the bosses dont even pay their employees ,they dont respect their people and for sure they dont respect the customers intelligence the place is a farce its sad but the ddo location is really amazing,

  They don't pay their staff. Chances are something in what you ordered is not what you think it is, or is over a week old. Just warning you.

  I had an excellent experience at Cheaters Restaurant. We were a group of 30 people. We were cheerfully greeted on arrival, and the service was excellent. The food is outstanding, and the atmosphere is very inviting. I would happily recommend this Restaurant to family and friends.

  Where to start... Stay away from this restaurant. I quit there over a month ago because I did not get Payed. The food they serve is garbage. Half the stuff is from the grocery store, and nothing is fresh. This place is a big time front, They were too broke to even buy soap for the dishwasher... gross

  The top-notch food and outrageous desserts are worth the trip to this restaurant. Although the food is good, the decadent desserts are really what I enjoyed at Cheaters Kirkland. The chocolate fondues and churros are a delicious treat, but the decadent Ferrero Rocher cake is the ultimate dessert that will make even less than perfect service seems forgivable.
  Don’t miss the sweet endings at Cheaters Kirkland.

  One word: KEEP AWAY!!!! If you are craving a few days old churro, “gelato” which easily compares to the Super C brand of ice cream and long waiting lines then I highly recommend going to Cheaters.
  Not only did it take roughly 45 minutes to receive our coffee and dessert but it took another 20 minutes for the waiter to collect them and bring us our bill. Not impressed!
