  I only once went and was overchaged I called a few times and requested to talk with the manager named Jerry, he was very inconsiderate and was supposed to send me a $20 gift certificate, it never happened. That is why I will not eat at this restaurant anymore thanks for reading this complaint

  My family and I enjoyed Elixor, but my table was in the middle of the restaurant and I would have preferred a quieter, more intimate booth. Nevertheless, our reservation was honored and our meal was well prepared and delicious. We will definitely enjoy this restaurant again.

  The ambiance, service, and food were horrible. Although I had reservations at 8:00pm, we were not seated until 8:20. We could hardly hear ourselves talk because the restaurant was so noisy and it seemed to take the waiter forever to finally approach our table. Our food arrived promptly once it was ordered, but the quality was poor. Mashed potatoes tasted like they had been stirred from a mix of potato flakes and the chicken gravy tasted prepackaged. I will not be back.
