Never saw crowds like that before even though it was a Friday night . They did away with seperate beer & food waiters but our server took our beer order then collected – then took our food order & collected – apparently to maximise tips . Service was slow – super crowded . It’s success might be it’s downfall – food is …pub food .

Actually I am kinda of surprised about all the negative reviews, manoir was a staple for our family. The service at THAT time was excellent and impressive. Impressive because whenever my dad would sat down to order the server would immediately approach point to him and recollect his beer verbatim even if we havent seen the guy in months. Le Manoir in my mind is a landmark, I have very fond memories of Le Manoir its a shame that that new management may inadvertantly bury their business. The way to send any message is through your pocket book and spread the word. He will smarten up real fast!

Gave it a chance three times since new owner took over. VERY VERY VERY DISAPPOINTED. Nowhere even close to what it used to be

I have been going to this place for over 20 years. New management has changed the place for the worse. The old waiter, who were extremely knowledgeable, are all gone replace by mostly females and I am female. Tonight I arrived at 5:30. The order was taken at 5:55 and I got my food at 7:05. The place was not fully occupied. Yes, we were a group of Wednesday night regulars,less than 20 people We have been going to this place for over 5 years. But it was the first time I have waited more than 20 minutes for my food, a streak sub. I signed a protest tonight which now I wish I did not sign. The city of Pointe Claire want condos to replace the Pub. This was the second time I went to this place this week and the slow service was experienced both times. Customer service is certainly not managements concern any more. Maybe the city is aware of the serious decline. I honest do not think that the waitress and her service are at fault. I believe that management procedures should be revised back. In the meantime I will avoid this restaurant and not recommend to anyone.

New owner, slow service and manager has a really bad attitude. Have 1 hour for lunch and never had a problem with service before. Seems as though the new style manager is really bothered by the fact that they actually have to supply a service!

How ironic. They eliminated the staff and manager that actually worked to keep the lazy management to hire…lazy discourteous staff. Sad, sad development at a once stellar establishment. Unlikely to improve even if kitchen expanded.
