Went last week for an xmas dinner – going back this week for an xmas Lunch! Great service – expensive… but worth it. (Maybe lunch will be a little cheaper).
I can’t say enough good things about this restaurant. I was with a group of 32 people for a surprise birthday party Saturday evening and everything was perfect. The staff was amazing as was the food and the service. We will definitely go back.
Just returned home from a lovely evening at Mezzamis, and already planning to go back. Everything was excellent. The friendly service, the food, and the ambiance. Bring your own wine is a real bonus, but even without that, we would definitely return. This place will be one of our regulars.
The Jack Daniels chicken was outstanding, and we were all dipping into the sauce on my son’s plate, all three veal dishes were decicious – desserts – all housemade and very good. We throughly enjoyed our evening, and looking forward to another evening there soon.
Quality of meal was extremely good and one of the best meals i have had in a long time at a west island restaurant. The service was extraordinary by a young man. The restaurant was not too busy given it was a Monday but I am sure they treat all their customers with this much happiness and respect regardless of the night. Will definitely go back to mezzamis.
Friendly service and a very good quality meal. Probably should be rated as $$$$ as it’s on the pricey side for family of 4. Their meals needs to be $4-$8 cheaper in order for them to survive but they could also cut a bit on the portions. The American portions are passe. I haven’t seen too many restaurants last at this location and this one will be no different. The competition is tough on Blvd St Jean. I’ll take Terra Mare over this place anytime and the price is equivalent.

Had lunch at Mezzamis today with a girlfriend and we were both very pleased with the food and service. I had the grilled chicken salad and she ordered the fish and chips. We both opted for the soup starter (two choices – fish chowder and minestrone, we both chose the latter – delish!) The portions were quite substantial but the quality was all there. Salad was just what I wanted – warm grilled chicken slices on mixed greens with hard-boiled egg, grape tomatoes, I think there were pieces of parmesan cheese and what seemed to be slices of hearts of palm – very fresh, tasty and satisfying. My friend’s fish and chips were amazing – huge piece of fish with a light batter (nice and crispy and hot) and thick, flaky tender fish inside – I’m so thrilled to finally find good fish and chips in this area! Great fries too. Service was attentive without being annoying and they noticed we were not in a hurry so they let us enjoy ourselves – no rushing us the bill. Our waiter was superb – wish I had checked his name. Even the bread was perfect. Finally a quality West Island resto that doesn’t gouge you – they’ll be around for a while. I know for sure this has just jumped to the top 5 choices for me in the west island.
Hello. went for Lunch at the resto yesterday, table d’hote at 10.00$ wow the pasta was good, vodka in the sauce…and Italian soup ….very good. Finally a T.D’hote wt desert and coffee included. my husband had the beef sandwich.(12$) terrific. ! keep up the good work. Tino served us, we had fun. try a Sebbastini red wine. EXTRA.
Wow, we went tonight may 24th and had a great time. Served by Ariel, very attentive guy. Knew just what to offer the two chef in our family. Every one was satisfied with all the dishes served. BYOW and nice decor for all eyes. II’ll certainly go back!
Was there on Feb 13th (Sunday) with Family. Greeted at door by very nice Lady and seated in both. Service is genuinely exceptional. Our waiter “Tyler” was superb. Food was excellent. Portions imho are just right. Place isnt cheap. But !! there is quality here. Bill for 2 adults , 2 kids who shared a pasta dish.. coffee, dessert etc came to $120 which included a 20% tip. I will go back just not every week. I do hope they make it. Place was packed which I was happy about.
Overpriced, overspiced. Restaurant was empty yet all tables were squished together. Meat was rubbery and shrimp were fishy. Save your money and go elsewhere! Service was great though.
We started this site as one of many future planned sites to help fellow West Islanders get where they want to go. Feel free to be a part of our community!

For the price was expecting a quiet relaxing evening…..it was more like a night out at a loud sports bar…..very loud…no carpet on the floor that must be it…..wow was it loud….do not plan to return.
