I’ve been three times and today they struck out! Last time we found 2 hairs in the food. When questioned about hairnets the hostess who seems to be part owner unprofessional and nasty stated that the cooks wore them and refused to do anything about it. When we waited to pay we noticed the people behind the counter did NOT wear hairnets. The owner gave us a gift certificate to compensate us. We did give them another chance today, was greeted by the unpleasant hostess again, who should not be working with people, only to find another hair in our food and part of a soggy bill under our crepe. The place was dirty, floors did not look like they had been washed in a few days and the seats were full of crumbs. Guess they don’t care anymore now that they have decent business. Too bad. I will never go there again nor will I recommend it.

Amazing! By far the best breakfast and lunch resto in the west island, and I’ve tried them all!

Had a good brunch today at Petinos. We had the Le Petinos which has all the meat, well its a plate full of food!!! Have to take home the sausage as we cannot finish them… the freshly squeezed oranges are amazing. It’s our first time at this place and we like it so far.

The last 4 weeks i have been there 4 times. The first time everything was great. Unfortunately i feel that they wont be around in the next 6 months if they continue to serve the way they are doing now.The food comes cold and the plate look disgusting

Food was good, service friendly but slow. However a MAJOR BLUNDER in choice, or lack thereof, tea.A bland AMERICAN ( ! ) tea.Bad, very bad idea.Do we not have far superior CANADIAN array from which to chose ? Would go back, but with a bag of Tetley in my pocket, just in case

I think you are an idiot for rating a restaurant based upon the kinds of tea they have. And btw, Tetley is british not american or canadian you dumbass

I hate to publicly state how fabulous this restaurant experience is as I fear there will soon be long line ups. BUT – I have had the dining pleasure four times in the last three weeks and will never tire of the varied menu, warm service and impeccable premises. Yes, more coffee please!
