Worst dinning experience of my life thus far. I went with friends last summer to sit on their terrace and enjoy a few drinks and some food, we were 6 people standing up flailing our arms frantically at our waitress after waiting about 20 minutes to let her know there was a mistake with our food and that we also wanted to order more drinks. She clearly saw us but ignored us… I understand that she might have been busy serving other tables but there were more than enough on staff that day and no one bothered to come see us. There were mistakes with everyone’s food and some of us never got the chance to order because she never came back to see us.The food was good but not good enough to want to go back. We all did not leave a tip (first time for all of us) and we spoke with the manager who did not seem to care. We were never rude and just explained how the service was lacking (a lot). If you are in the mood for drinks, food, dessert I suggest going to any other place but here.

OMG! Do not go! I realize that the restaurant has recently moved down to the next strip mall so they still may be getting organized, however……We arrived around 2:oopm on a Sunday for a late lunch. We stood at the door for 10 minutes before being brought to a table. We then sat for 25 minutes without anyone ever coming back to the table to take our order. The restaurant was not over busy, yet there were dirty tables over the place and many people looking around for their food. Lucky them, they at least got to order and had some hope of finally getting some food! Now I realize that we are not talking about a fine dining establishment, but a 25 minute wait is a bit much. We left and went to Del Friscos around the corner where we enjoyed a lovely lunch.

I will never be returning to this place again, their pies are really good, but lately there have been a few unexpected surprises in the pies, Each piece costs $ 6.89 a slice, and most of the times the pieces are so small. There are much better place in the West Island.
