Vivaldi

Vivaldi is based on Gouin Boulevard in Pierrefonds. It is situated near Cap St-Jacques Nature Park, a spot favourite to tourists and locals for some winter cross country skiing or maybe an enjoyable summer hike. After this tiring though enjoyable sports, nothing would really go well with it except feeding your self on some delicious italian cuisine.

This restaurant serves some classic, mid to high end Italian preparations. The menu ranges from pizzas à la carte, which are great for really difficult and picky kids, to much more elaborate fare for discerning diners. Tilapia, shrimp and lamb are the favourites among their clientele on the table d’hôte; they are served with a variety of dishes that go alon ranging from eggplant Parmesan to tomatoes and bocconcini. The regular menu boasts many varieties of pasta, chicken and veal dishes, as well as an extensive sampling of seafood, done Italian style. From the Quebecois and Belgian favourite, mussels and fries, to the blackened octopus, there are enough options at Vivaldi to ensure that mixed groups won’t find themselves facing that social discomfort of what to order.
In their goal of hundred percent customer satisfaction, Vivaldi goes a step ahead of all other restaurants by doing its best to ensure that all of the customer’s needs a given attention to. They will go out of their way to tailor their dishes in a way that suits you.. if you’re on a diet, if you have some stomach or digestory problems etc. They are very inclined towards taking suggestions from guests to improve their already excellent service and will also entertain any complaints the guests have, so they can act upon them in a timely manner. They will do just about anything to make sure you had a good time, because thats what concerns them the most.
