Without a doubt my favourite pub, and one of my favourite restaurants in Montreal.

The food is consistently amazing, I’ve been there countless times and I can’t remember ordering something bad. They have the standard bar food: wings, fries, Cheddar sticks, hamburgers – all fantastic. And then they have actual meals, traditional Irish/English stuff: Shepherds Pie, Fish & Chips, etc. Everything is reasonably priced. I highly recommend the Spicy Cheddar sticks, and the Bangerz & Mash.

The bar itself is small inside, but there are a few rooms and a nice terrace. When they have a live band playing, it’s always great music.

Hallowe’en evening sneaked out to the new location in Vaudreuil to avoid the scary trick-or-treaters. Scariest part of the evening was trying to name that fish in the Fish & Chips!!!.

Hugh serving of tasteless glob complete with soggy fries and a Caesar salad from hell!!

Guess we will have to continue going across the Ontario border to The Blue Anchor near Cornwall. Hey, be glad to give your chef a lift over there to see what fish and chips are supposed to taste like.

Nicest part of the evening was the great costumes on the wait staff.

    Really disappointed!!
