I’m 38 years old, airline pilot, I’ve been around the block a few times to talk about restaurants. It’s 21:50 on a Saturday night and my wife and I can’t stop swearing and complaining about the service we received at Mundo.

Apparently have a good reputation, that’s why we went. I’ m used to buffets, quick in and out diners and in the last 15 years of my carreer, I can say I received better service in those dinners and buffets.

I’m writting this hot off the press, don’t go there if you want to be well served, it took 15 min before someone asked if we would like a drink, 45 min later we received our meal, no smiles ever!!!! from anyone. After the meal no one asked if we wanted dessrt or coffe, but a tolerant ANYTHING ELSE.

Food 6/10, sevice 0, I don’t mind to pay a fair price for the meal & sevice, but I feel they Owe ME!!!!!!!!!!!

Never going back, thankfully they were full at new years, what a dissapointment that would have been.

HOT of the Press it sucked………………………….

“Mad As Hell”‘s review of Mundo seems completely off the mark, and this is betrayed by its poor delivery, riddled with typos and misuse of language as it was. Mundo’s staff are attentive, polite, friendly, and eager to please. They were nothing short of spectacular.

That aside, the food itself was of such high caliber that I felt it necessary the cook know with what perfection he had cooked my meal (I had the steak). It was a fine piece of meat, thank you very much!

As an Italian I am very picky about my food and especially its origins. Mundo is my home away from home…….just stupendous!!! The owner and head chef Vito, his staff, waiters, kitchen, everything about this place is beyond excellent. And to top it all off, every once in a while they bring in “Live” entertainment by the name of Aldo….who sings just as good as the food they serve. Unbeleivable experience through and through…..very highly recommended.

A favorite for me and my wife. We’ve never been disappointed. Review from Tanya hits the nail on the head.

This place is amazing! Reasonably priced for the food you get. Fine italian dining in the west island. The chef and owner Vito, makes a habit of getting to know each table and making them feel right at home. Filet mignon is perfect, crab stuffed ravioli is great and the octopus, or crab cakes as an entree is a must. Do yourself a favor and try this place out!
